Support Canadian and US employees as an HR Business Partner with hands-on operations, employee relations, and senior stakeholder support. This part-time role works independently in Canada.
At EcoOnline, you will provide local HR support within a global People Team. The role covers onboarding, employee changes, absence management, documentation, HR systems, and employee relations. You will also advise two senior executives while coordinating with the London-based CHRO and regional colleagues.
Key Responsibilities: Answer employee and manager people-related questions across Canada and US
Support onboarding, absences, leavers, documentation, and HR records
Advise executives on workforce planning and employee relations
Coordinate payroll, advantages, finance, IT,



and lifecycle processes
Translate global frameworks into locally relevant Canadian actions
Requirements: Two to four years as an HR Business Partner
Canadian employee and manager support experience preferred
Knowledge of Canadian and US HR practices
Strong organisation, attention to detail, and independent working ability
Confidence handling sensitive topics with senior stakeholders
Bring practical HR operations, employee relations, and trusted business partnering to EcoOnline’s Canadian and US teams.
