Key Responsibilities: Lead daily stockroom operations, labeling, placement, order, and cleanliness
Manage e-commerce picking, packing, and customer order shipping
Research inventory discrepancies and reduce store shrinkage




Oversee supplies for daily and weekly store operations
Train staff and foster personal progression
Requirements: Three-plus years of stockroom or distribution center experience
Two-plus years of people management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, organized, task-oriented, detail-focused approach
Full-time availability, including occasional late nights, weekends, and holidays
