As a Senior Investment Consulting Associate, you will service institutional clients and prospects through specialized investment consulting. Your work will support defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans while applying investment concepts, financial markets knowledge, and analytical skills. You will report to the Team Leader and contribute locally and nationally.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review institutional performance monitoring reports
Develop presentations covering investment fundamentals and asset classes
Write investment report commentary, conclusions, and recommendations




Search for investment managers and defined contribution providers
Present investment topics and performance reviews at meetings
Requirements: At least two years of relevant financial or investment consulting experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related field
French and English bilingualism for frequent client interactions
Institutional investment industry and financial markets knowledge
Advanced Microsoft Excel and thorough Microsoft Office knowledge
Apply institutional investment knowledge, research, communication, and analytical skills while supporting Aon's clients and consulting teams.
