Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders and record transactions in Oracle
Prepare BOLs, confirm customer POs, and generate billings
Respond to inquiries and resolve customer complaints




Prepare AP vouchers and reconcile invoices, credits, and accruals
Coordinate inventory counts and maintain office files
Requirements: Two or more years of relevant work experience
Strong customer service and administrative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP systems
Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Use Oracle, Excel, customer service, and accounting skills to coordinate accurate administrative and financial support.
