Reporting to the Vice President, KYC Requirements & Outsourcing, this Associate manages vendor relationships and supports AML KYC activities. The work covers Capital Markets and cross-operating group customers, appropriate outreach messaging, escalation paths, and process improvements. It also develops expertise in outsourcing and risk management.
Key Responsibilities: Manage outsourced vendor relationships and appropriate escalation paths
Identify AML documentation for Capital Markets customers
Support Outreach messaging and communication mechanisms




Identify process friction points and propose solutions
Collaborate with business partners across teams
Requirements: Five or more years of KYC or Customer Outreach experience
Capital Markets experience within business, risk, or KYC
Knowledge of KYC regulations across Canada, United States, Europe, and Asia
Experience refining processes and proposing improvements
Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders
Apply KYC, AML documentation, outreach, and outsourcing expertise as an Associate supporting BMO Capital Markets.
