Lead full program lifecycles at CEE Centre for Young Black Professionals in Scarborough, Ontario, using planning and project management skills. Work hybrid, full time.
Reporting to the Director of Programs & Community Services, this Team Lead oversees assigned programs and projects from initiation through close-out. The role coordinates workplans, budgets, deliverables, reporting, data tracking, and quality standards. It also supports staff supervision, participant engagement, and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of assigned programs
Manage timelines, budgets, scopes, deliverables, and program risks
Collect, validate, consolidate, and submit program reporting data
Supervise staff and resolve program delivery issues




Build industry and training partner relationships
Requirements: Two or more years managing projects or programs
One or more years leading or supervising teams
Experience with reporting, data tracking, and documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Commitment to equity, anti-oppression, and inclusive practices
Bring program leadership, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and quality assurance skills to CEE’s workforce development programs in Scarborough.
