Build faith networks for Cardus in Ontario through relationship-building and public communication, with four office days and one work-from-home day weekly.
As Director, Faith Community Engagement, you will connect faith leaders with Cardus research, policy, and event content. The position focuses on Christian denominations, other faith communities, and constructive religious voices in Canada’s public square. You will represent Cardus publicly on faith, religion, and freedom of religion and conscience.
Key Responsibilities: Build and strengthen Cardus’s network of faith leaders
Maintain relationships across Christian and other faith communities
Plan events connecting leaders with Cardus ideas
Communicate through newsletters and appropriate channels




Serve as a public commentator across media platforms
Requirements: Robust initiative, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Understanding of Cardus’s mission, research, policy, and events
Experience communicating through written and broadcast platforms
Strong project-management and organizational abilities
Thoughtful engagement across faith communities
Bring public communication, project management, and faith-community relationship skills to advance Cardus’s reach and influence.
