We are hiring a permanent, full-time Lead Handyman to join our team in Metro Vancouver. This is a secure employee position where you are never treated as a subcontractor. You will receive booked work from day one, typically managing 1 to 2 focused jobs per day with full company equipment support.

Responsibilities

Execute small-to-medium home repair, maintenance, and improvement jobs safely and efficiently.

Provide professional, friendly customer service on site to deliver a high-standard client experience.





Operate and maintain the assigned high-roof Ford Transit vehicle and company equipment.

Manage time effectively between daily scheduled appointments (1–2 jobs daily).

Maintain clear communication with office dispatch and property owners regarding job status and completion.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience as a handyman, tradesperson, or home repair technician.

Strong knowledge of general residential maintenance, carpentry, simple plumbing, electrical touch-ups, and hardware installation.

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record to operate company vehicle.

Background-checked and legally authorized to work in Metro Vancouver.

Professional demeanor with high attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
