Industrial maintenance expertise meets Umicore’s automotive catalyst production, with troubleshooting and preventative maintenance across facility equipment. Independent shift and on-call work are included.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will maintain, repair, calibrate, and improve equipment supporting automotive emission control catalysts. The position involves hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, PLCs, robotics, automation, and SAP. You will also support projects, safety activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Execute preventative maintenance through scheduled downtime and autonomous work
Troubleshoot failures and recommend measures preventing recurrence
Verify and calibrate critical equipment regularly




Install and modify equipment with Engineering and Automation
Support capital projects and plant initiatives
Requirements: Preference for Industrial Millwright or Industrial Electrician
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical systems
PLC, PC control, robotics, and automation knowledge is an asset
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required
Intermediate Microsoft Office and SAP skills are an asset
Apply maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and equipment improvement skills supporting Umicore automotive catalyst operations.
