This Talent Acquisition Assistant supports recruiting across the company while launching a new applicant tracking system. The contract offers hands-on recruiting experience and may become full time depending on recruiting needs. Responsibilities span sourcing, employer branding, candidate selection, and ATS management.
Key Responsibilities: Support full implementation of the new applicant tracking system
Manage job postings, sourcing, and candidate selection
Coordinate hiring from requisition through ATS close-out
Represent CCM at career fairs when needed
Coordinate offer approvals with the Human Resources Director
Requirements: Recruiting experience preferred
Construction industry experience preferred
Comfort with HR technology and AI
ADP experience considered an asset
Organized, proactive, and strong communicator
Bring recruiting coordination, ATS management, ADP familiarity, and clear communication to CCM's evolving talent acquisition function.
