Support community engagement and fan growth with MLSE in Toronto through a hybrid internship focused on communication and organization.
As a Community and Fan Development Intern, you will support initiatives aligned with MLSE’s social impact purpose and theory of change. The full-time role involves collaboration with the Community and Fan Development group and other stakeholders. Your work will help implement activities across community engagement, fan development, events, and departmental tracking.
Key Responsibilities: Support corporate and social impact community engagement activities
Help create and execute fan development initiatives
Attend and support activations and community events
Coordinate communications with vendors and community partners




Prepare KPI tracking and initiative debrief materials
Requirements: Currently enrolled in a university or college program
Study in business, marketing, nonprofits, events, or sports management
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Availability for flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
Build community engagement, fan development, and event support experience with MLSE through organized, team-oriented work.
