Represent GoodLife Fitness at Toronto Bell Trinity Centre through fitness motivation, member support, and solid customer service. This is a full time, in person position.
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will deliver high quality experiences for members and prospective members. The position combines communication, appointment booking, membership sales, club organization, and event planning. You will also support member fitness goals while handling questions professionally.
Key Responsibilities: Motivate members toward their fitness goals
Greet members warmly and courteously
Answer questions and resolve member concerns
Book appointments and discuss memberships and services
Manage supplies, maintenance logs, errands, and events
Requirements: Passion for fitness
Strong communication and customer service skills
Planning, organization, and multitasking abilities
High School diploma or completion in progress
CPR certification within three months of employment
Bring fitness passion, member care, and organized service to GoodLife Fitness at Toronto Bell Trinity Centre.
