As a Care Manager, you will provide hands-on support within Sunrise Senior Living’s resident-centered care approach. You will assist with activities of daily living, follow Individualized Service Plans, document changes, and communicate with families and care leaders. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Follow Individualized Service Plans and document resident changes
Promote safety, dignity, and resident independence




Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
Support dining services and maintain welcoming environments
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
Be at least 18 years old
Hold CPR and First Aid certification or obtain it
Demonstrate compassion and reliability
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and leaders
Bring compassionate personal care, clear communication, and resident-focused support to Sunrise of Killarney’s senior living community.
