Key Responsibilities: Inspect formwork, granular bases, and steel reinforcement materials
Direct concrete placement into forms or onto graded surfaces
Fill hollows and remove spots from freshly poured cement
Operate power vibrators to compact concrete
Level, cure, waterproof, and restore concrete surfaces
Requirements: Fluency in English
Two to three years of related industry experience
No standard education requirements apply
Self-motivated approach to assigned concrete finishing work
Good interpersonal skills
