Geotab seeks an Events Intern to support internal events, external events, and trade shows. You will help plan logistics, develop booth assets, submit applications, and execute event deliverables. The internship also includes event platforms, analytics, and trend research.
Key Responsibilities: Support planning, design, and implementation of trade shows
Coordinate production vendors and event day deliverables
Record event budgets and update global calendars
Support planning elements for Geotab Connect
Develop timelines, contact lists, and delivery schedules
Requirements: University studies in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Interest in event planning and technology
Zero to one years of events experience
Robust communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Build event planning experience through trade shows, vendor coordination, Geotab Connect, and technology-focused event execution.
