Responsibilities

Wash and manage all kitchen equipment, including grill pans

Support kitchen prep (vegetables, sauces, making and mixing rice, portioning)





Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

Restock and stay ahead of kitchen needs during service

Support the team during peak hours
