Lethbridge School Division seeks a collaborative Learning Commons Facilitator for its inclusive Galbraith Elementary learning community. The role supports students and staff with locating materials, using technology, and accessing learning commons resources. It also advances inquiry, play, imagination, creation, collaboration, and communication.
Key Responsibilities: Support literacy, numeracy, competency development, and student learning outcomes
Assist students and staff in locating materials and resources
Facilitate access to print, digital, and technology-based learning resources




Collaborate on selecting and acquiring learning commons materials
Organize, implement, and facilitate Maker Spaces
Requirements: Post-secondary diploma and related experience
Positive interactions with students and parents
Understanding of literature that interests students
Experience with Follett/Destiny, Word, Excel, and Publisher
Commitment to school and division teamwork
Bring resource coordination, technology support, and team-oriented learning expertise to Galbraith Elementary’s Learning Commons.
