Key Responsibilities: Admit and manage patients as Most Responsible Physician
Provide supportive care for surgical and specialty medical patients
Work collaboratively with physicians and inter-professional team members




Coordinate discharge planning and patient care planning
Participate in consecutive day, evening, and overnight coverage
Requirements: Hospitalist experience, fellowship, or professional society membership
Acute care hospital practice interest and experience
Superior clinical, communication, and bedside manner skills
ACLS, CCFP, CMPA, CPSBC Full, and FRCPC qualifications
Rural medicine experience is an asset
Practice hospital medicine at Eagle Ridge Hospital using acute care, communication, and team-oriented patient management skills.
