The role also includes maintaining supplies, equipment, sanitation standards, and coffee bar appearance.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and determine their coffee interests
Explain drink menu options and answer customer questions
Prepare espresso, cafe latte, and cappuccino drinks
Maintain coffee beans, equipment, pastries, cookies, and supplies
Follow sanitation standards and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns
Requirements: Excellent customer service skills
Previous Barista experience is an asset
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Robust interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities
Physical ability to perform position duties
