As a Senior Underwriter, you will review current submissions, renewals, and endorsements while supporting growth and profitability. The position requires at least five years of commercial lines underwriting or brokering experience, plus sound decision-making and communication skills. You will work with practice leaders, managers, executives, and broker partners across HUB International's MGA and Delegated Underwriting Authority Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze risks using internal and external data resources
Review and price new business, renewals, and endorsements




Negotiate coverage with brokers within delegated authority
Manage and grow a profitable book of business
Complete loss reports and post-claim underwriting reviews
Requirements: At least five years of commercial underwriting or brokering experience
CIP or CAIB designation, or active pursuit
Valid Broker license, or qualification within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Canadian legal structures
Bring commercial underwriting expertise, analytical judgment, and broker partnerships to support HUB International's delegated authority business.
