As an Operations Coordinator, you will support shipping, receiving, dispatching, inventory management, and sorting operations. The work includes scanning packages, processing returns, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining documentation. You will also assist customers, clients, and IDCs while coordinating with relevant teams.
Key Responsibilities: Assist unloading trailers and verify freight against manifests
Scan, sort, and process packages, defects, and returns
Support shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management




Resolve delivery issues and escalate special cases
Prepare reports, labels, documentation, and accurate records
Requirements: Ability to follow standard operating procedures
Ability to complete data entry tasks accurately
Ability to respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
Ability to maintain organized, hazard-free work areas
Ability to comply with Health and Safety protocols
