Talent Acquisition Assistant(3-Month Contract)

About the role
Our client is modernizing how we hire. We're looking for a Talent AcquisitionAssistant to support the launch our new applicant tracking system (ATS) withADP and support recruiting across the company.

What you'll do
Support the fullimplementation of a new ATS
Support hiring fromsourcing through to second-round interviews, including employer brand, jobpostings, ATS management and candidate selection
Represent CCM at careerfairs when needed.
Work with hiringmanagers from requisition through ATS close-out
Coordinate offerapprovals with the Director, Human Resources
Support the HR Team withATS setup, platform management, and sourcing tools

Requirements
What we're looking for
Recruiting experience ispreferred
Construction industryexperience is preferred
Comfortable with HRtechnology and AI; ADP experience is an asset
Organized, proactive anda robust communicator
