As a Personal Banking Associate, you will provide advice, service transactions, digital education, and problem resolution. You will understand customer needs, guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions, and support positive branch experiences. Key Responsibilities: Engage customers about banking advice and service needs
Guide customers to appropriate staff and internal partners

Requirements: High School diploma or one year relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Solid communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
