Deliver packages efficiently for FedEx as a Courier, using a valid driver’s license, customer service skills, and an assigned route. This full time position runs Monday to Friday, starting at 8:30am.
The Courier provides courteous pickup and delivery while checking shipments against Federal Express Canada features of service. The role also includes related customer service functions, requiring communication, organization, and time management. Customer-oriented business experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Provide courteous package pickup and delivery on assigned routes
Check shipments for Federal Express Canada service conformance
Perform related customer service functions
Work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm
Requirements: High school diploma or educational equivalent
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Lift 70 pounds and maneuver packages up to 150 pounds
Achieve the required pre-placement driver assessment threshold
Demonstrate communication, organization, and customer service skills
Use dependable driving, package handling, and customer service skills to support FedEx deliveries across an assigned route.
