Key Responsibilities: Cut and trim meat according to production requirements
Assist the Lead Hand assembling production equipment
Sharpen knives for both production shifts
Lift loads weighing up to 25 kilograms
Complete other duties as required
Requirements: Experience using knives or ability to master knife skills
Valuable written and spoken English communication skills
Ability to follow manager and supervisor instructions
Strong attention to detail during production tasks
Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety processes
