As a Counter Sales and Warehouse Associate, you will assist with product inquiries, source additional products, and confirm stock availability. You will process orders, replenish inventory, and maintain showroom and counter shelves. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support customer relationships and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Service customers through counter sales and product inquiries
Source additional products and confirm stock availability
Process customer orders received through the counter
Pick, ship, and receive warehouse orders
Replenish stock and maintain showroom shelves
Requirements: One to two years of counter sales or warehouse experience
Effective communication and customer relationship-building abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
Basic understanding of Microsoft and computer systems
Forklift experience is a key asset
