Supervise community nursing services with Fraser Health as a Casual Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor in White Rock and South Delta, B.C. Apply clinical judgment.
This position supports Home Support Services through staff supervision and nursing care. You will coordinate home support, assess client needs, and provide direction to unregulated care providers. Work follows BCCNM competency guidelines, established standards, and legislative scope of practice.
Key Responsibilities: Assign work, set priorities, and evaluate designated staff performance
Assess, implement, and evaluate nursing care for clients
Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams and families
Visit client homes and document staff assessments
Administer medications and report client changes
Requirements: Graduation from an approved Practical Nursing school
Two years' recent related community health experience
Current BCCNM Licensed Practical Nurse registration
Valid BC driver's license and personal vehicle
Ability to communicate, supervise, organize, and resolve problems
Bring supervision, nursing assessment, and home support coordination skills to Fraser Health's community services in British Columbia.
