Drive equipment rental sales with Sunbelt Rentals through cold calling, lead qualification, and customer-focused solution selling. Support assigned territories and Outside Sales Representatives.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will generate incremental revenue for designated markets. The work includes identifying prospects, reactivating dormant accounts, handling inquiries, and supporting quotations. You will coordinate with Outside Sales Representatives, Branch teams, and internal partners to improve customer-facing sales processes.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and call prospects to qualify leads and explain services
Deliver qualified leads to Outside Sales Representatives
Reactivate dormant accounts and develop new business plans
Handle inquiries, quotations, orders,



and customer assistance requests
Coordinate internally to expedite sales processes
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
One to two years of business-to-business inside sales experience
Demonstrated cold calling and dormant account reactivation success
Outstanding listening and communication skills
Ability to learn current software quickly and interpret data
Apply sales development, account reactivation, and customer communication skills to grow Sunbelt Rentals equipment rental revenue.
