Job Overview
We are seeking caring and dedicated Daycare Staff to join our team in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children, including those with special needs. Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor children during play, learning activities, and mealtimes to ensure safety and well-being

Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development

Assist children with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, dressing, and hygiene practices

Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing individualized care

Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and play

Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns





Foster positive relationships with children to promote confidence, independence, and social skills

Follow all safety protocols and licensing regulations to ensure a secure workplace for all children

Requirements

Prior classroom experience or experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting preferred

Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable

Knowledge of early childhood education principles and caregiving best practices

Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills

Ability to engage children through creative activities and positive reinforcement

Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for working with young children

Must meet all licensing requirements for childcare providers in the state or region where the position is located
