Key Responsibilities: Motivate team members through positive leadership and constructive feedback
Follow updated SOPs and ensure team compliance
Track employee and store sales daily
Perform opening, closing, inventory, and reconciliation procedures
Maintain stocked, clean, organized, compliant retail operations
Requirements: Four to five-plus years of retail management experience
CannSell license from AGCO
Ability to obtain AGCO Cannabis Retail Manager License
Microsoft Office proficiency and unionized-workplace management experience
Knowledge of cannabis strains, policies, laws, and AGCO standards
