Senior Product Designer in Toronto, ON, shaping end-to-end digital experiences with Figma, research, and accessibility expertise. This is a full time position.
Reporting to the Director of Product Design, you will design across GS1 Canada’s digital product ecosystem. You will work from discovery through delivery and measurement, partnering with Product Management, Engineering, IMS Leads, Business Analysis, and industry stakeholders. Evidence guides your decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Define customer problems and product opportunities with partners
Conduct interviews, contextual research, and discovery workshops
Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interface specifications




Simplify complex enterprise workflows into intuitive experiences
Contribute patterns, documentation, and tokens to GS1 Canada’s design system
Requirements: 5+ years designing digital products in agile teams
Portfolio showing interaction, visual design, and problem solving
Experience with complex enterprise or SaaS applications
Proficiency with Figma and FigJam
Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA and AODA
Bring enterprise product design, customer research, Figma, and accessibility skills to GS1 Canada’s Toronto team.
