This Recruiter role focuses on candidate screening and recruitment lifecycle support. You will source candidates, manage pipelines, coordinate assessments and interviews, and support offers and onboarding activities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities: Communicate process updates to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
Build relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting cycle
Manage assessments and coordinate interviews or panel sessions
Assess qualifications,



prepare offer letters, and extend offers
Support quality, diversity, delivery, and cost efficiency improvements
Requirements: Advanced proficiency in candidate screening
At least one year of relevant related experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Intermediate communication and relationship-building proficiency
Fluency in French and English is an asset
