In this permanent position, you’ll manage relationships with local producers and develop a loan portfolio. You’ll tailor financing packages using lending and non-lending products while collaborating with internal teams. The work combines credit analysis, business development, customer communication, and agriculture knowledge to help customers succeed.
Key Responsibilities: Build financing packages meeting customers’ business needs
Execute loans, from sales through approvals and completion
Analyze customer financial information and prepare documentation
Create, process, and approve recent credit facilities




Travel to farms and offices for tailored customer support
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, commerce, or related field
At least one year of related finance, lending, credit, or sales experience
Ability to communicate financial information clearly
Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
Bring agriculture knowledge, lending experience, and relationship-building skills to FCC’s producer-focused financing work.
