Build Panago partnerships in Abbotsford through relationship management, integrated campaigns, and performance measurement across approved brand priorities.
As Brand Partnership Manager, you will manage assigned partnerships, including Canucks partnerships, while developing opportunities across sports, entertainment, community organizations, and complementary brands. You will assess opportunities, coordinate activations, measure performance, and recommend renewals. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, you will collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Digital, Operations, Finance, agencies, partners, and franchisees. This hybrid position includes three days onsite and two remote.
Key Responsibilities: Develop partnership plans and evaluate proposals against budgets and commercial value
Build business cases and support negotiations within established approval processes
Lead partner meetings, commitments, timelines, and relationship development




Coordinate integrated activations across digital, social, in-store, and event channels
Measure results and recommend improvements, renewals, or exits
Requirements: Three to five years in partnerships, sponsorships, marketing, or account management
Marketing, Business Administration, Communications education or equivalent practical experience
Experience managing relationships and multichannel marketing campaigns
Budget management, proposal evaluation, and performance recommendation experience
Solid project management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Bring commercial judgment, detailed execution, and partnership expertise to Panago’s campaigns, relationships, and measurable business results.
