Ledcor is hiring winter seasonal Patrollers for work from September to May. You will support highway safety through scheduled patrols, on-call responses, and possible night shifts. The position includes reporting conditions, recommending priority locations, and operating heavy equipment when required.
Key Responsibilities: Patrol highways and report changing road conditions
Monitor and record weather events and forecasts
Recommend priority locations to supervisors
Contact operators for required shifts
Operate snowplows, loaders, and other heavy equipment
Requirements: Minimum full G license and explicit three-year driver’s abstract
AZ or DZ license preferred
Knowledge of highway maintenance specifications
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word
Bring highway patrol, weather monitoring, and equipment operation skills to Ledcor’s seasonal maintenance work in Ontario.
