At Mr Apple, our coolstore operation plays a critical role in delivering premium fruit to customers around the world. We're looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our Hastings Coolstore team and help ensure product is accurately tracked, stored and ready for the next stage of its journey.
Working closely with the Logistics & Operations Manager and wider operations team, you'll combine administration, inventory coordination and on-floor collaboration to keep product flow running smoothly. This is a hands-on role offering variety, responsibility and the opportunity to learn across logistics, quality and coolstore operations.
What You'll Be Doing: Coordinate stock movements and storage locations within the coolstore
Create and manage work orders and inventory records
Monitor product receivals, stock accuracy and system integrity
Support quality inspections, labelling activities and post-packing requirements
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, damaged product and inventory issues
Maintain operational reporting,



data requests and administration activities
Collaborate with quality, operations, sales and logistics teams
Support continuous improvement initiatives and site projects
What You'll Bring: Administration experience and computer literacy
Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Confidence working with inventory or stock management systems
A proactive attitude and willingness to spend time both in the office and on the coolstore floor
Previous logistics, inventory, warehousing or supply chain experience is advantageous but not essential
