Key Responsibilities: Own and process payroll for multiple client accounts
Schedule, run, audit, and balance payrolls
Complete year-end balancing, filing, reporting, and remittances
Answer client payroll, tax filing, and process questions
Troubleshoot payroll issues with internal support teams
Requirements: One to two-plus years of payroll processing experience
Client service experience handling inquiries by phone
Robust time management, organization, and prioritization
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Microsoft Office experience, including Word and Excel
Support multiple clients through accurate payroll processing, responsive service, and organized problem-solving across a hybrid team.
