Carvana seeks Customer Advocates with at least two years of customer-facing experience. You will deliver vehicles, complete customer paperwork, document notes, and inspect haulers. The work includes loading and unloading vehicles, physical activity, and maintaining a clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver vehicles to customers using custom car haulers
Load and unload vehicles onto haulers
Inspect haulers and vehicles for secure operation
Complete customer paperwork and tracking-system notes
Drive safely under Carvana’s qualification policy
Requirements: At least two years of customer-facing experience
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
Ability to obtain required notary authorization within 90 days
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds
