Key Responsibilities: Assign duties to sales workers
Establish work schedules across assigned shifts
Hire and arrange staff training
Order merchandise and organize inventory
Resolve customer, complaint, and supply issues
Requirements: Secondary school graduation certificate
One to less than seven months related experience
Ability to supervise three to four people
Fluent English and excellent oral communication
