At ParaMed, Personal Support Workers are integral members of the home and community care team. You will encourage independence for patients in their homes and community settings. Your work includes personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and companionship.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with skin, hair, oral, bathing, toileting, and peri-care
Support patients with daily living activities
Prepare nutritious meals, snacks, and special diets
Complete basic housekeeping tasks for patients
Provide companionship supporting quality of life
Requirements: Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate
Compassionate care when interacting with patients
Reliability and flexibility
Valid driver license and access to a vehicle
Clear Vulnerable Sector Screen
Bring personal care, meal preparation, and compassionate companionship to ParaMed patients in home and community settings.
