As a permanent full-time Transit Service Coordinator I, you will schedule drivers and buses for effective, productive transit services. Reporting to the Manager of Planning and Service Delivery, you will prepare schedules, interpret departmental requirements, and support scheduling systems. The position requires attention to detail, multitasking, and positive relationships with internal and external contacts.

Prepare, post, and maintain operator schedules
Ensure compliance with National Safety Code requirements




Apply Collective Agreement requirements during daily scheduling
Provide technical support for scheduling systems
Requirements: Interpret departmental rules, policies, and procedures
Prepare and maintain departmental reports and records
Use MS 365 products, including Word and Excel
Troubleshoot complex logistical problems effectively
Hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
