As a Heavy Duty Cleaner, you will maintain hard floors, washrooms, stairwells, elevator cabs, glass, walls, ceilings, and lighting fixtures. You will use buffing, stripping, finishing, pile lifting, shampooing, and extracting equipment. The position also includes transporting maintenance machinery, operating and cleaning the compactor, and following health and safety regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities: Dry mop, wet mop, scrub, and polish hard floors
Strip and finish floors manually or with power equipment




Clean elevated glass using ladders or scaffolding
Transport garbage and operate the compactor
Shampoo broadloom and extract carpeted areas
Requirements: Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience
Ability to understand detailed oral and written instructions
Ability to multitask and establish priorities
Ability to use cleaning equipment
