ESS Canada is seeking a Production Chef to direct, coordinate, and evaluate kitchen and food-service operations at a remote camp in Canada. The role requires leadership in high-volume production, menu planning, and staff supervision.
The position includes Fly In/Fly Out with travel and accommodations provided, 10-hour shifts, and advantages after a probationary period. Red Seal and Food Safe credentials are preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus.
