ERM seeks a Consultant, Social Performance working 24 hours weekly with clients, Indigenous organizations, governments, and stakeholders. You will support mining, energy, renewables, infrastructure, and industrial projects. The work addresses social risks, community relationships, and responsible business practices through research and engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct desktop research and literature reviews for project delivery
Coordinate stakeholder engagement planning, tracking, and materials
Prepare meeting notes and reports for engagement sessions
Support baseline studies, impact assessments,



and management plans
Collaborate across ERM multidisciplinary project teams
Requirements: Post-secondary degree in a relevant field
Two or more years of relevant experience
Stakeholder or Indigenous engagement experience
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Research, data analysis, and critical thinking abilities
Apply social research, stakeholder engagement, and strategic problem-solving skills to responsible projects with ERM across Canada.
