This position supports customers seeking plumbing, HVAC/R, waterworks, and industrial products. You will pick warehouse orders, verify availability and schedules, and provide timely information. Building positive relationships with customers and associates is central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Pick customer orders from the warehouse counter
Provide prompt product knowledge and information
Respond to customers in person, by phone, or email
Verify ordered items are available and scheduled
Maintain counter stock and assist in the warehouse
Requirements: Previous technical sales or customer service experience required
Wholesale or distribution experience required
Order picking and forklift or cherry picker experience preferred
General computer skills, including Microsoft Office, required
Exceptional customer service and skilled communication skills
