At LendDirect, part of Attain Finance, you will support new and existing customers through consumer finance services. The full time position combines loan guidance, sales conversations, inbound and outbound calls, and delinquency support. Hands-on training and one-on-one mentoring help you build confidence while following regulatory guidelines and company policies. Customer service, sales, or consumer finance experience is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities: Guide new and existing customers through the loan process
Educate customers about financial products and services




Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell offerings
Manage inbound and proactive outbound customer calls
Collaborate on past-due accounts and resolution options
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required
Genuine desire to help customers
Confidence promoting products meeting customer needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer service, sales, or consumer finance experience preferred
