Inovata Foods Corp. is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our afternoon team in Tillsonburg. This is a full-time permanent role for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where accuracy and teamwork matter.

Pay Rate: $23.90/hr + $1.50/hr afternoon shift premium
A Typical Day
Your day starts with receiving incoming goods, verifying, putting away, and storing product in accordance with allergen controls and GMP guidelines. From there, you'll stage and issue ingredients, raw materials, and packaging to production, always following FIFO and FEFO protocols. You'll complete cycle counts, track inventory shortages, and verify the accuracy of all warehouse materials and paperwork.
Throughout your shift, you'll operate MHE equipment safely, keep your work area clean and organized, and communicate any product damage, incidents, or concerns to your Lead Hand or Supervisor. No two shifts look exactly the same and there's always something to keep you moving.
Primary Responsibilities
Receive, verify,



and store incoming goods in accordance with GMP, allergen controls, and warehouse best practices
Stage and issue ingredients, raw materials, and packaging to production following FIFO/FEFO and CFIA requirements
Complete cycle counts and report inventory shortages, potential shortages, and damaged product
Deliver raw materials requiring tempering to designated rooms as directed by Lead Hand or Supervisor
Operate MHE equipment safely and report any incidents or equipment issues promptly
Maintain accuracy and verification of all warehouse materials handled and paperwork generated
Support the Warehouse Management Team with updating and maintaining warehouse processes and procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety policies and applicable legislation
Assist in the training and orientation of recent employees as needed
Follow all GMP and food safety programs to support the highest quality product for our customers
Other duties as assigned by Lead Hand, Supervisor, or Manager

Requirements
Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience is an asset
Forklift or MHE equipment experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory and paperwork
Comfortable working in a cold, damp warehouse environment with physical tasks including lifting up to 60 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
Experience with inventory systems or warehouse documentation is an asset
Working Conditions
This position involves regular physical activity including walking, standing, and lifting up to 60 lbs. Work is performed in a warehouse environment that may be cold, wet, or damp. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams is expected throughout the shift. Mandatory PPE must be worn at all times in applicable areas.
