Support personal insurance customers through accurate policy processing and insurer portal transactions in a hybrid working environment at Cowan Insurance Group.
This Client Support role reports to the Manager, Personal Insurance. You will manage new business and policy endorsement processes while maintaining service standards. The work includes EPIC records, workflow management, brokerage procedures, and carrier requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Process new business and policy transactions through insurer portals
Validate data before processing to minimize errors and rework
Maintain accurate records in EPIC and brokerage systems
Process documents and closing activities through EPIC homebase
Provide backup support across personal insurance workflows
Requirements: Solid customer service focus and caring attitude
Ability to manage high keying volume accurately
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
High school diploma or equivalent required
RIBO, CAIB, or CIP credentials are assets
Bring careful data processing, EPIC knowledge, and customer service focus to Cowan Insurance Group’s Personal Insurance department.
