This Server position supports Lais Hotel Properties Limited vacancies across Vintage Hotels and Niagara’s Finest Hotels properties. You will deliver timely, courteous service consistent with fine dining principles while communicating with guests and team members. Responsibilities include table maintenance, transactions, product knowledge, and service-area readiness.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized and exceptional guest service
Apply food and wine knowledge during service
Maintain tables according to standard operating procedures
Create checks, collect payments, and settle transactions
Complete opening, closing, and restaurant readiness duties
Requirements: Two years of fine dining serving experience
Legal serving age for alcohol
Smart Serve certification
Excellent organization and communication skills
First Aid or CPR training considered an asset
Bring fine dining service, food and wine knowledge, and accurate transaction handling to Lais Hotel Properties Limited.
