As an Unregulated Care Provider, you will address residents’ physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. Southbridge Care Homes operates retirement communities and long-term care homes across Ontario. You will report to the Director of Wellness while supporting residents, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with direct personal and nursing care for residents
Provide emotional and social support to residents and families
Provide palliative care support when required
Work with multidisciplinary team members to meet resident needs




Support your team while following home routines
Requirements: Care planning systems and documentation knowledge and experience
Positive communication with staff, residents, and families
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to read and write English and understand instructions
Negative vulnerable sector check and completed two step TB test
